I (Nicole) I am the behind the scenes person that manages all things business related, the person you will chat with during your pre-shoot consultation and the one that will help you during the session with clothing, hair, etc. I joined Jarrett in the photography business in 2018 while he was still exploring different niches. Jarrett had known for a while that he wanted to pursue a career in either television/film or photography but wasn’t sure exactly what spoke to him. We tried quite a few different niches before one sparked enough interest in us to set our souls on fire. Before boudoir, I had been helping simply to ensure the best for our family, but I never felt connected to the business or process until we ventured into boudoir.
The first few boudoir sessions we did were so fun but wow, were we ever inexperienced. The posing, the instruction, the thought of taking photos of someone in lingerie (yikes that is terrifying the first few times), we were not at all prepared. We have learned so much over the years and continue to learn daily. Being an entrepreneur is certainly much more challenging than either of us anticipated and it really does force you to get outside of your comfort zone and do what is necessary to succeed.
Jarrett is your photographer and posing coach extraordinaire (yes he gets down and does the pose first and it’s everything you could imagine and more). While Jarrett’s path was slightly clearer than mine, being a creative brain definitely comes with challenges when it comes to running the business. That is where I come in. I’m the super geek that loves a good spreadsheet and organizing files (I am super fun at parties). Jarrett has his own super geek qualities, but that is all things technology, lighting, editing, cameras (my literal nightmare) which makes us the best team! We compliment each other's strengths and weaknesses while providing you with the most incredible, luxurious, empowering boudoir experience. Being able to show you what the rest of the world sees is truly one of the most incredibly rewarding things we’ve ever done.

I’ve always wanted to experience a boudoir photo shoot but was always so scared and nervous to go ahead and do one.

What a blast being photographed by Nicole and Jarrett! The photos where stunning to say the least, I felt empowered, beautiful and sexy. The book of photos brought tears to my partners eyes as he felt he had never seen anything so beautiful and the photos were displayed so professionally with amazing quality. Where do I even begin!!! I had such an amazing experience with Nicole and Jarrett. I had been looking at doing a boudoir session for a while and I finally got the courage to just sign up and enter a contest.
I am so glad I was given the opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone. I was so incredibly nervous but I am telling you, yes YOU reading this post, that you need to do this. It was so much fun. Jarrett and Nicole and Jordan (who is incredible at hair and make up) have this way of making you feel so comfortable that by the time you slip into your first outfit the nerves have already disappeared.
I just received my photos and I am blown away. Every woman needs to do this. No matter what our age, marital status, kids or no kids it is a great reminder of who we are and that we are beautiful and sexy. Do not hesitate, every woman should have this experience.
